To truly get a good understanding the more data that you have to look into gives you a better understanding. Based on the training scores. Anyone that scored above 75 would be recommended for completion. This shows mastery of the training material and would not require any additional training. Remediation would be recommended for anyone who scored 50 to 74. These scores show basic knowledge of the training material. These candidates need improvement but are not at termination status. Termination would be recommended for anyone who scores below 50. These candidates do not show basic understanding of the training material and remediation seems unlikely to improve. I do not believe these scores should be the threshold for all training classes due to some trainings being more difficult than others. Trainers could have a different training style not compatible with how a trainee learns. As a HR manager we should take into account all
