from 8-4, evening from 4-12 and night from 12- 8). Sajid pays good salaries to his workers, with
attractive benefits, but there is no pick and drop facilities for any employee. The employees get
their salaries every month on 15th day, while their working month is completed every 1st day of the
month.
Mr. Sabir, a permanent employee was fired two days ago in a manner that when he came
for his duty in the morning, the security guard told him that you have been fired and you are not
allowed to go inside. To replace Mr. Sabir, Sajid hired Tanveer (a poor man desperately needing
a job) and told him that his salary will be decided later. Mr. Tanveer asked Sajid to employee his
son (14 years and 3 months old), to which Sajid agreed and asked Tanveer that his son will work
in the evening shift (from 4- 12) in the moving machines. Ms. Rubi who has joined the factory
from last 3 months and 13 days, applied for the maternity leave with pay for which the decision is
pending.
