Salary Research Assignment This exercise will assist you in researching compensation for a role in your future so you are in a better state to negotiate. In addition, it will help you understand the research a candidate may do (if you are a hiring manager). 1. List a role/position in which you would be interested in (or one you are currently in). 2.
