1) Review the list of house chores. Imagine a household with 8 people. Write and draw on a blank sheet an organizational task chart based on one of the sale force organization types. Consider the different tasks and locations in the house. One person in charge or a committee can head the organizational chart.

2) Clearly list each person's responsibilities and timeframe.

3) Create an overall mission statement that guides the household. Emphasize why everyone's participation is important. Provide a reason in a catchy saying/slogan to encourage positive thoughts about chores. Be creative.
