Segment them into A, B and C leads identifying the priority of contact to where A leads are HOT! and so on. 2. Craft a 1-page business professional sales letter on letterhead to mail out as a pre-cursor to one of your warm leads. You may need to do outside research to guide you on how to craft a sales letter. a. Create letterhead which aligns with your corporate ( catering service) branding image conceptualized in an earlier module. Identify things such as: i. your company name, address, phones, email, Web Site address, logo, slogan, etc (and use your company colors!) b. Write a minimum of 3 paragraphs (opening, body and closing paragraphs). Paragraphs should be left aligned (no indention) and single spaced. Double space between paragraphs. c. Each paragraph should have at least 2-3 sentences. If not theres no real need to make it a paragraph. d. Create a purpose to the letter and design an offer to include a call to action (motivator) with an expiration timeframe. e. Be sure to include your follow up plan AND a way for them to get a hold of you if necessary in the closing paragraph.
