Project 1: Live demonstration for existing and potential new customers Instructional designer is not required full time and therefore should only be hired as a short term contractor. They should have their own ABN and can simply invoice us for their contract. They should be able to develop the presentation material within two weeks. Most instructional designers charge $1,000 AUD per day which will be $5,000 per week. We will need to hire another sales staff member who can conduct the live demonstrations as our current sales staff members will not have time for this. Need to work with human resources team to recruit and induct the staff member. The annual salary for a salesperson conducting live demonstrations would be roughly $80,000 AUD.

Project 1: Live demonstration for existing potential new customers Instructional designer to develop the presentation materials required for the live demonstration. The presentation materials will need to be available via PDF and PowerPoint. They will also need to be developed in accordance with the presentation information requirements and Worlducation policies, procedures and style guide. An online platform that can be used to deliver the live demonstration. Zoom would be perfect for this. We dont have an account with Zoom yet so we will need to set up an account. I expect that we would need to select a plan that includes the following: o Ability to deliver the live demonstration to at least 60 people at the same time o Ability to use a number of whiteboards within the zoom program o At least 4GB of cloud storage Strong internet connection for the delivery of the live demonstration to customers

Project 1: Live demonstration for existing potential new customers The new Sales team member who will conduct the live demonstrations via zoom will need a computer that has an inbuilt webcam, microphone and speakers. The computer will also need to be set up with the required software such as zoom, Microsoft office etc. A demonstration account will need to be set up in the Cloud-based software so that the sales team member can present the demonstration
