2.Lisa was forced to enter into a contract to sell her car, Mercedes Benz last week to Maya at a price of RM25,000. The original price of the car was RM219,263.48. During the execution of the contract at Maya's office, Lisa was surrounded by several of Maya's workers. These workers were physically large and spoke in very rude manners. Some even carried parangs and threatened to harm her. Discuss the above with the relevant authority (s).

3.Nona offered to sell a bungalow worth RM1 million to Farah for RM300, 000-00 only.She promised to transfer the title to Sarah upon settlement of the full amount. A week later when Farah was about to pay the price, Nona informed her that she would not proceed with the offer because the consideration was inadequate. Sarah wishes to sue Nona for a breach of contract.
