Sam is a corporate pilot for Ostrich, Inc. He flies a Citation X for Ostrich. Sam has a perfect safety record and no FAA violations. However, his employer has admonished him for flying the aircraft aggressively when he is without passengers. Sam loves to pull high-G turns and he's been spotted by his employer making very steep approaches to landing when the plane was coming back empty from a passenger drop-off. One day Sam attempts to simulate a "Space-Shuttle" landing when he's flying back from a maintenance pick-up. He damages the aircraft's nose-gear and he is seriously injured in the mishap. Will Sam be able to recover for his injuries? If so, how?
