  1. Sam owned shares valued at $250,000, which was initially purchased by Sam for $100,000. The shares will be inherited by Sams spouse.
  2. Sam received a $200 eligible dividend from the shares on May 31st 2022. There was also a $100 eligible dividend, which was declared on September 5th, 2022 but will not be paid until December 31st 2022.
  3. Sam owned a rental property that will also be inherited by his daughter. The relevant information is as follows:

4. Net rental income received by Sam from January 1 to September 10th is $5,200.

5. Sam received $22,000 of salary during the year. In addition, he was owed $2,000 of vacation pay which had not yet been paid at the time of his death.

6. Sam received interest on his savings account of $150 on September 8th 2022. He also owns a bond which have interest payable of $950 which has not yet been received at time of death.
