Sam works in the production department of ABC Foods that manufactures frozen foods that are distributed all over Ontario. One day he receives a call from one of the employees asking him to come down and look at one of the pieces of equipment. The employee, John, has noticed that a bolt is missing from equipment. Both Sam and John don't know when the bolt fell out and they are worried that it might have gotten mixed in with some of the food. The machine had been repaired the night before, and the mechanic who fixed the machine said the bolt was there at that time.
