Sanjiv, a retired osteopath, died in December 2022. His will was made and duly executed in October 2021. It contains the following provisions: (a) 500,000 to establish a trust for the education of children of osteopaths working for the NHS in England; (b) 25,000 on trust to provide computers for needy students at Filton School; (c) 350,000 on trust "to be applied towards research into the social and economic benefits of re- nationalising the railways." (4) 75,000 to the West Midlands Osteopaths' Relief Fund. Filton School is a registered charity. The West Midlands Osteopaths' Relief Fund ceased to exist in January 2023. It was a registered charity for the advancement of poor osteopaths in the West Midlands. Sanjiv's executors wish to be advised in relation to the validity of the gifts and what they should do with the various funds involved.
