Sarah and Norah are both sports and fitness enthusiasts. They have completed required training and they are now certified personal trainers. Sarah and Norah have a special love for dancing. They believe that based on research, dance is a good cardio exercise that benefits the whole body and aid in maintain a strong heart, in addition to the fun element in all dance types. They started developing a new concept for dance classes based on the Khaliji rhythms. Unlike Zumba, which was invented based on Latino rhythms and dance moves, their concept is based on intensifying the easy moves in Khaliji dance and transform it to a whole calorie burning cardio class. They have started trying the class with their friends and family members and it appeared to be promising.
