Sarah was eating at a restaurant with her friend Tara. Tara paid the bill at the end of the meal. That evening, Sarah began to feel ill and she went to the hospital. At the hospital they diagnosed that Sarah had eaten improperly cooked seafood and she would need to stay in hospital for a few days and have her stomach pumped. This would cause Sarah to lose money as she would miss work, as well as the physical pain and discomfort. However, the next day the hospital took additional x-rays and noticed that Sarah had a serious medical condition that was untreatable and would kill her within two weeks. She died exactly 14 days later.
