Training employees is costly in both time and money, as it takes time to train, and it also takes time away from the other employees as they have to cover the extra workload while a new employee is being trained and an experienced employee is training them.

Less employee turnover is a benefit to the company, and having experienced and knowledgeable employees is also a benefit to the company. Employees are the foundation of a company, and the stronger the foundation, the better everything is that is built on top of it.
