Scenario $1$: You are a data analyst for a Realtor.

Using the Realtor database, you are asked to produce a report showing ALL of the apartments managed by your company.

Your employer wants to see some basic data, but they are particularly interested in the available apartments that have not been rented to a corporate client.

Report Requirements:

Your report should show the apartment number, the building id$,$ the number of floors, the manager id$,$ the manager$$s name, and the corporate client$$s name if there is a corporate client for that apartment.

The report should show ALL apartment records whether they have a corporate client or not.

The report should be sorted by building id and by corporate client, if there are any corporate clients.

Lastly, for each building in the report, we want to see the empty apartments sorted first $($hint: the corporate client will be null$).$
