Not only that, but they can also save a lot of money by putting up some of the initial investments. Issues The issues in this scenario are straightforward and they are as follows: 1) Excessive Use of Cardboards 2) Less Efficient Lightings 3) No Renewable Energy source to heat the building 4) Fuel Inefficient Vehicles 5) No Recycling of used products 6) No proper disposal of products 7) No option for paperless billing 8) Employees are exposed to contaminants 9) Low Pay for the employees yet not safe and clean working environment. The most important and painful problem, however, is that the CEO is a very closed-minded person. Assuming by the case study, he believes what he believes is right and other people's opinions, especially subordinates, are usually wrong.
