Scenario 2 is about a furniture company that has been in the business for a good amount of time. They create good quality furniture, and their customers are most likely happy with them, since they have been in the business for 75 years. The problem, however, is the method they use in producing Furnitures is creating a negative impact on the environment. Not only that, but they can also save a lot of money by putting up some of the initial investments. Issues The issues in this scenario are straightforward and they are as follows: 1) Excessive Use of Cardboards 2) Less Efficient Lightings 3) No Renewable Energy source to heat the building 4) Fuel Inefficient Vehicles 5) No Recycling of used products 6) No proper disposal of products 7) No option for paperless billing 8) Employees are exposed to contaminants 9) Low Pay for the employees yet not safe and clean working environment. Assuming by the case study, he believes what he believes is right and other people's opinions, especially subordinates, are usually wrong. Even though I get a chance to explain it to him the damage he's been doing to the environment and most importantly his employees, he won't take any actions favor of it. Solutions
