When the car in front of her changed lanes, Claudia sped up, only to rear end a large truck owned by Armadillo Fish Ranch, a fishing resort on Lake Okeechobee. The truck had run out of gas and was stalled in her lane. Claudia died on the scene. The truck was driven by Ralph Gleason who did not have flares on the truck. He did not even have the warning lights blinking and simply abandoned the truck in the middle of the street. Interested parties are: 1. Susan: Claudia's biological daughter with her husband, Edward. Susan is 26 years old and living in Miami Beach, supporting herself as a waitress. 2. Edward: Claudia's estranged husband and Susan's father. Edward and Claudia have been separated for 15 years. 3.
