Scenario \#7: Nu Faces Model Agency Nu Faces Model Agency would like to store details on the models they manage. There are various types of models the company would like to track. Advertising models are placed in commercials hence they would like to store their experience level while they would like to track the personal website handle and ranking of the international models. Sometimes an international model may do advertisements. Each model has a base fee. Some models go by an alias. All models have a model\#, birth name, dob, gender, height and weight and their calculated BMI. The agents at the agency have been arranged into clusters and each cluster is led by a senior agent who allocates the portfolios of the models to the cluster. Only the current head of the cluster is required to be stored. Each model is managed by a cluster of agents. Intemational models may be booked for different shows and hence the company would like to know the details by storing the title of the show, city and date of the show. The shows are organized by a Designer whose details needs to be stored such as the brand name, their net worth, contact personnel, contact number and head office address (street, city, town, country and zip code). Whenever an international model worked on a show, the designer will provide critique from their panelists of how the model did on the runway. Hence a model may receive more than one critique from the designer for the same show. The critique has a sequential number for each number of panelist for that show and has the rating for the model' s performance in the show, position he/she started, critique and number of appearances in the show. The company would also like to know which particular agent from the cluster was responsible for booking an International model for a show, since agents work on commission. Each agent has a TRN, name (including first, middle and last), phone numbers and percentage commission. Required 1. Construct an ER diagram from the description above. Include required attributes to make the data storage meaningful. [40 marks] 2. Use your research initiative to determine three other entities (and their attributes) that are of importance to this model. a. Write a paragraph explaining their importance, what they will store and their relationship with the other entities. [10 marks] b. In a separate diagram, show how they should be added to your ER. diagram. [10 marks] 3. Based on the final E-R model developed part 2 above define the file structure using relational notation. [20 marks] 4. The group is required to make a 10 -minute video presentation on their diagram and the reason for the design during the tutorial session where each member is expected to participate. [20 marks] Submission Rules and Requirements: 1. Projects are due and presented in Tutorial Time. Each presentation will last 10 minutes. Students are free to use any presentation software for the presentation. 2. The project must also have a project document outlining the scenario of the project and the various required sections. 3. Each group must have a task list with the responsibility of each group member. Each member of the group should be responsible for a task of project 4. Each group must submit the project in a compressed file via email by the due date as stated above before the tutorial begins. 5. If the project is submitted to the lecturer after the due day a penalty is attracted for every late day. Each day after due day (including Saturdays and Sundays) will attract a 10% accumulative penalty which will be deducted from the total mark of project. No Project will be accepted one week after the due date has passed. Scenario \#7: Nu Faces Model Agency Nu Faces Model Agency would like to store details on the models they manage.
