Scenario A :A WAMCo project to construct a 25-storey residential-retail complex has been under way for one week. You are the supervisor of one of the work teams. - In which WAMCo document would you record a new hazard?

- What is the risk if no action is taken?
- What action should you take immediately?

- What might be better way of controlling this risk? Describe the way, and the level of the Hierarchy of Control to which it corresponds.
- If the way you described in the previous question is actioned, and a ladder comes back for your team to use, what should you do to confirm it is safe to use, and to ensure that your team understands the safe use of ladders in general?
