Scenario Behar Promotional Enterprises (BPE) is a medium-sized company that produces and distributes promotional products. The company is headquartered in a metropolitan area and has around 200 employees, most of whom are working parents. BPE wants to determine if employees are willing to commit financially to the proposed benefits. Revised Survey: To gather feedback on the proposed benefits and determine if employees are willing to commit financially to the benefits, BPE conducted a survey among its employees. The survey was conducted online and consisted of 15 questions, including demographic information such as age, gender, and job role, as well as questions about the proposed benefits and financial commitment. The questions were designed to assess employees' opinions on the proposed benefits, their potential impact, and their willingness to pay for them. Revised Results: The survey was completed by 150 employees, representing 75% of the company's workforce. Here are the key findings: 80% of employees were interested in the option of in-house childcare, with 60% stating that it would make a significant positive impact on their work-life balance. Of those interested, 50% were willing to contribute financially to the cost of the benefit. 70% of employees were interested in the option of remote work, with 45% stating that it would make a significant positive impact on their work-life balance. Of those interested, 40% were willing to contribute financially to the cost of the benefit. 60% of employees were interested in the option of extended family medical leave, with 35% stating that it would make a significant positive impact on their work-life balance. Of those interested, 30% were willing to contribute financially to the cost of the benefit. 90% of employees believed that the proposed benefits would improve their job satisfaction, with 50% stating that it would significantly improve their job satisfaction. 75% of employees believed that the proposed benefits would improve their productivity, with 40% stating that it would significantly improve their productivity. Employees who were parents of young children were more likely to prefer in-house childcare (90%) and remote work (80%) than employees without children (60% and 50%, respectively). Employees in management positions were more likely to prefer remote work (80%) than non-management employees (60%). Conclusion: The objective of this paper is to research and analyze the proposed benefits of in-house childcare, remote work, and extended family medical leave, integrate the survey findings provided by Behar Promotional Enterprises (BPE) and conduct primary research to determine employee willingness to commit financially to the proposed benefits, and use both primary and secondary research findings to make recommendations.
