SCENARIO CLOUD MIGRATION PROJECT

A company seeks to move its hosting service from a local host and outsource into a general cloud-based web server hosting. Office365 will be the most appropriate hosting site due to considerable vital benefits, including storage space and security.

Enhance and tighten up systems' security Address out of date servers and failing disks issues Accommodate the load on web service with the introduction of product marketing campaign Have all the files in OneDrive Introduce new products on all company's computers.

SPECIFIC GOALS The primary goals that the project team looks forward to enhancing include: Complete the project within the scheduled time All servers and backup systems are fully migrated. A more robust and fault-tolerant server system is developed.

SCHEDULE We intend to finish this project in 10 weeks, starting on 6/02/2019 until 8/13/2019.
