Part A - Recruitment Planning

Part B - Screening candidates and interviewing them (Role Play)

3 Conduct a face-to-face interview with the candidates You will have to have three classmates who will play the roles of the three candidates Your teacher will put you in separate breakout rooms where each student is required to interview three candidates As evidence, you are required to submit the answers provided to the interview questionnaire by the 3 candidates

4 As this position is for a sales role, in the interview you will assess the candidate's sales skills by asking them to sell something to you

5 At the end of the interview, you will ask for additional information from the candidate
