Getaway Bikes is located in Hotland Ontario. Getaway is an assembly manufacturer of cruiser bikes. Getaway has been growing exponentially. It’s owner, Jurgen Skooter, knows he has to do something about the business processes. He and his son started the company doing everything themselves. They have since hired some employees to help them but no one seems to know what anyone else is doing. When a customer wants to know the status of an order, Jurgen doesn’t know where to find the information. He has hired you to set up a business process system to integrate activities of procurement, assembly, and sales.
