Document landlord acceptance of fees, charges and services to be provided including; o Terms and conditions o Fees and charges o Repairs and maintenance o outgoings applicable to the property (such as rates, strata fees)
During the discussion document the client requirements and expectations as well as the attributes of the property in the Agency Agreement.
