Scenario: Insurance Policy Management

insurance agent.

John had the responsibility of selling various insurance policies to clients. These policies

unique terms and coverage options.

One day, John met a new client named Sarah. Sarah was interested in purchasing a life insurance

policy to secure her family's financial future. After thoroughly understanding Sarah's needs and
