He discusses this with another casual member of staff Louise, who has recently joined the organisation; she tells Kieron that she is being offered 5 or 6 shifts per week. Kieron realises that Louise is being offered shifts that he has received in the past and suspects that this is happening because of his sexual orientation, he approaches the human resource department to express his concerns
