Scenario Management of The Righteous Inn have just purchased an existing seven-star 220 room international style hotel that is to be called The Righteous at Rockdale. It is close to the airport and the majority of guests are expected to be arriving and departing international passengers as well as those who will use the hotel as their 'base of operations while in Sydney. The property has all the things expected of such a hotel with many dining options, bars, a gaming room, spa and wellness facilities, a pool area and a selection of retail outlets. While the majority of the hotel's 550 staff are Australian, there are a significant number from various diverse different cultures, races, religions and generations: and management intends hiring more staff from different countries in order to capitalise on the diversity of visitors the operation plans to target and hopes to attract. While the property itself is in excellent condition, management are very concerned that many of the policies the property was operating by are ineffective, dated and possibly illegal. They have put together a team of upper-level managers to address these issues and have asked you to be responsible for the Diversity issues
