Scenario:

Person A and Person B are in a relationship and move in together after 8 months. Person A tells Person B that the house will be registered under both their names.

Person B makes repairs around the house and pays bills, but does not contribute towards the initial cost of the property.

Person A takes out a secured business loan against the house, which he cannot pay and thus the house gets a possession order.

Person A disappears. Person B finds out that her name was never on the register, only Person A's.
