Scenario

SaveWell Bank has an agreement with Friends Agency under which Friends provides hygiene maintenance staff to SaveWell. The staff is under the control of Friends. SaveWell pays a lump sum contract fee to Friends. Friendsthen pays the staff deployed at SaveWell. The wage rates are lower than that of SaveWell but higher than the minimum stipulated by the Labour Law of Oman. Fareed, oneof the staff sent by Friends Agency, lodges a claim to be paid what employees of SaveWell are paid because according to him the bank is benefitted by his services. Hence Fareed wants to be treated at par with the regular employees of SaveWell
