The organisational structure and organisational culture of a firm are interrelated and deliberately evolve as to support and engender its organisational vision and strategy.

1.Identify what you believe to be St John's NZ organisational structure and using TWO of the three levels of organisational culture (visible artefacts, invisible expressed values AND invisible underlying assumptions) to illustrate your points.
