Since you, as the network administrator, are the senior IT officer in the company (there is no CIO), you now have to put out a memo outlining this new policy. What should be a part of this policy? Research or review other companies' policies. What do they include? In a minimum one-page memo (content only - titles on the memo do not count for length), using standard memo form (like the Word template), show this new policy and make sure the employees understand how their work is going to be affected by it.
