scenario ; we need extension!

here is the situation. you are a student in the university. you are taking five classes and are quite busy between school and work commitments. One of your courses is CMNS 1140 (Introduction to Professional Communications). You have just received a Context Audience Purpose Analysis assignment from your CMNS 1140 Instructor that is due in one week and you would like an extension by 3 days. You feel that the entire class needs an extension and you have decided to email the instructor and request an extension, not only for yourself, but on behalf of the whole class. write a memo to your professor.

1.  Ensure that you use the "You "point-of-view and that you use clear and neutral language.

·      2. Feel free to make up some details, but they have to be reasonable and have to apply to the entire class. Do not use reasons such as illness , family emergencies, or power outages, as these clearly do not apply to the entire class.

·      3. The fact that you and the rest of the class are very busy is not a reason for giving an extension; it is merely the context that triggers the request.
