Scenario

You are a clinical director at a small ABA clinic. One of your RBTs, Tim, is consistently tardy coming into work, often missing the first 10-20 minutes of session. Due to being a smaller agency, there aren't many staff to fill in for Tim and you often need to fill in for Tim. Parents and caregivers are also starting to express concerns about Tim as his communication is often short and unprofessional when interacting with parents and caregivers.
