Scenario You are holding your quarterly monthly meeting with your team. You have asked your staff to conduct surveys of the coffee shop and food being sold. Several surveys were conducted however when the staff came in, hard copies were not found. The coffee shop manager was not able to give an exact indication of the number of patrons who had visited the coffee shop over the last quarter. The Finance Manager could see an increase in fees however he was not able to establish what amount belonged to the coffee shop.
