The company has an onsite fitness facility that is not well-utilized due to limited programs. The company currently provides free lunches (at a cost of $5 per employee) from a local vendor and have some employees run sports teams. They are having trouble recruiting good candidates and are losing key employees to a newer start-up company. One of the CEOs strategic goals is to become an employer of choice in this region and is open new ideas to achieve this goal.
