Scenario: You are the Project Manager for the migration of the new Moodle system. Your team has just passed a System Acceptance Test and a Client Acceptance test, which means the Project is ready for implementation. You have conducted the transfer to the new system, and the users have been trained, and ready to go. Therefore, the release has been configured to be Release 1.0. Any future releases are now incremental releases, and will be delivered semiannually. Your sprints are configured to last one month in duration, which means your project (1) is now in maintenance mode and (2) is using 5 development sprints and one test sprint to roll out the next incremental release.

Special Instructions: I want three threads:

• How would you convince your team of the Product Owner, Software Team Leader, and Scrum Manager on handling change requests coming from the students and faculty?
• How would you capture the change requests? What information needs to be captured?
• How would the change requests be handled? Would you set up a Change Control Board to review them? Who would accept them? Who would prioritize them?
