You have been tasked by your CEO to organize business itinerary for domestic and overseas travel for the Board members coming for the Board meeting on the 25th June, 2022. The meeting will be held in your company Board room. There are ten Board members. Seven live in your town/city and three are coming from overseas. They are Mr. Amanda Star coming from Auckland, New Zealand, Ms. Rachael Bula coming from Sydney, Australia and Mr. Timothy Walker coming from Tokyo, Japan. TASKS Task 1 - Consultation & Information to CEO From the internet, provide two travel itineraries (with cost) for each of your three overseas Board members to arrive one day before the meeting and to return one day after the meeting. From the internet, get two quotations for two nights' from 2 hotels for accommodation for the three Board members. In consultation with your transport unit make arrangements for the Board members to be picked up from the Airport on the day of arrival and be dropped off at the Airport on the day of departure. Specify time of arrival and departure so that transport does not wait for too long and Board members are on time for check in. Choose the travel itinerary and the hotel accommodation you would recommend. A. Write a letter / minute to your CEO informing him of the arrangements you have made for the three Board members travel and accommodation. Provide reasons of your choice of travel and hotel. Task 2: Information to Ms Rachel Bula B. Your CEO has given approval to your arrangements. Write a letter to Board Member, Ms Rachael Bula informing her of: 1. Her travel & daily itinerary 2. Details of a contact person 3. Her travel arrangements on arrival 4. Hotel Accommodation 5. Credit facilities available to her 6. Any other related information Task 3: Challenges C. Identify two challenges you faced when organizing business travel for the Board member and explain how you resolved the challenges
