  1. A customer wants to go to Fuji around August with his family including 2 young kids for about a week.They will depart from Sydney. They prefer to use of a rental vehicle while in the destination.   • use government tourism authority information systems to research relevant information such as visa requirements, travel warning, health suggestion etc.

Your portfolio must include the following information for each of the three (3) enquiries including:

  • feature and benefits of travel products that meeting specific customer needs
  • product rates and tariffs and their application to different customers and seasons
  • accommodation options and details including pricing
  • flight ticket options and pricing
  • Travel add-ons if applicable
  • Additional product or service information that meeting specific customer needs if applicable
  • industry terminology and common abbreviations
  • passport and visa requirements if applicable
  • safety advisory information
  • health advisory notices and vaccination information
