Scenario;
You work as a supervisor in a local cub/hotel. The hotelhas a busy bistro, function area, pub and a gambling area with poker machines. You are working on a Friday night and one of the tables in the front pub section is becoming noisy and disruptive. There seems to be a married c ouple who are having an escalating argument. The husband has shown signs of intoxication. He has knocked over a table of glasses resulting in breakage. Other patrons in the club are becoming concerned. The husband is now grabbing the wife's wrist and she is yelling for assistance.
