Scenario: Your cousin Amy won the Kansas State Mini - Lotto last year and used their winnings to build a big house in the middle

Scenario:
Your cousin Amy won the Kansas State Mini-Lotto last year and used their winnings to build a big house in the middle of farm country. Her new house is near Garden City, Kansas (which is nothing like Garden City, Michigan).
It is a large mini mansion with three levels, a basement, six bedrooms, a family room, living room, dining room, large kitchen, and so on.(You get the idea. The place is big!) In addition to the immediate family (Amy, spouse, and three kids) living there, they are also looking forward to one or more relatives visiting with THEIR immediate family. Also, the kids will have their friends hanging out regularly. Consequently, there could be a lot of people in the house at one time (especially around the holidays).
Now that the house is almost built, Amy is contacting you (their smartest and most computer savvy relative) to help them setup a network that will meet this sprawling family's network needs. (Better late than never, right?) Amy and their spouse want to be able to work from home and the kids want to play interactive games online (that are delay sensitive) and everyone wants to stream movies and TV shows.
Do not be fooled by any online research! The closest high-speed internet cable or DSL providers are about 30 miles away. Due to the secluded nature of Amy's housing location, it falls into that 0.1% of homes in the area that cannot get high-speed internet through cable or DSL.(Bummer!)
