SCENARIO Your organisation has decided to implement an alternative energy solution due to the constant electricity outages that is affecting business effectiveness. Your director has appointed you as the head project manager to plan, and execute the project. Your mandate is to operationalise the project, within strict timelines and budget that will provide a solar solution that will generate adequate energy to allow your organisation to operate off the grid.
