Scenario-based question Aliyah has long had an ambition to own a Bed and Breakfast {8&3} in the Welsh Countryside. She has consulted a number of trade magazines and undertaken a thorough internet search and identified a property that she is interested in. Rose offers to show Aliyah the accounts for that last few years but Aliyah declines noting that she would not understand them, although she does ask Rose to send them to her accountant who in turn yerifies the accounts. Aliyah decided to buy the 8&3. The 8&3 is not as successful as Rose's statement promised due largely to the fact that shortly after the meeting it was announced that the tourist attraction was closing, something Rose knew but did not disclose to Aliyah before the contract was concluded.
