The discussions about necessary structural changes lacked a comprehensive approach, resulting in a sudden shift that negatively affected the administrative team. Without a clear plan, including communication about timelines, challenges arose, especially when one person was given exclusive access to employee profiles. This lack of foresight not only affected the efficiency of the administrative team but also had broader implications for the entire staff.
