SCL PROGRAMMING

A PLC is used for controlling a parking garage. It fits 7 cars. The program is to have 3 inputs, one for each entry, and one for the exit. The inputs send a signal each time a car passes. An output should be set as " 1 " when the parking garage is full.(7 cars) The controls is to be connected to a display that has to show the number of cars in the parking garage. The interface of the display is a digital binary number of 3 bit. (ex. 5 cars has the value 101). For this purpose there are three outputs on the PLC. Make a function block(FB) for the parking garage. You can assume that the FB is run from an instance data block(IDB), so it is not necessary to define tags(physical in and outputs) Make all the information needed for the FB and write a program in SCL, comment if you are using work or rest contacts in the program.
