1. Search for organizational change descriptions. You can look in your textbooks from previous classes (but not the text for this class), and in journal articles in the Franklin Library. You might use the following search terms: "organizational change," "change management," "organizational change management," "organizational change leadership," "change leadership," etc.
2. Identify two descriptions that stand out to you as representing the power and/or importance of organizational change. Make sure that the descriptions you find come from reputable sources and are actually attributed to the purported authors.

4. For each description, explain what you see in it that stands out to you about organizational change and share how you have seen the principle(s) represented in the description in action (i.e., at work). Or, if you have not seen the principle(s) in practice, briefly share how the principle(s) could have benefited a situation you have been in
