Search the Internet for tracert (traceroute) web sites (http://www.traceroute.org/ has a big list). Using the tracert tool at three different sites that give complete routes to each other, create a subnet/network diagram of the networks and routers that packets travel over when communicating between the three networks (Net A to Net B, Net B to Net C, and Net C to Net A). Use the network/subnet portion (first 2 octets) of the IP addresses of the routers as labels for the subnets/networks. See the attached file for an example of how tracert output can be used to start a diagram, but be on the lookout for places where the hops are the same when you add the second and third tracert outputs to your diagram. I suggest using universities, like Princeton, USC, Stanford, Carleton, Athens, etc. A * entry means that ICMP packets are being blocked at some point along the way so you may need to choose another site if you can't see the destination network. Submit only your diagram (not the tracert output)
