If you could summarize these answers into a set of criteria for websites, what would those criteria be? For instance, how and what kind of products/services it offers, the look and feel of the website, user-friendly structure (easiness to navigate), how it motivates visitors to visit later again, any advertisement, etc. "Electronic Commerce Websites and Internet Marketing" in Chapter 4 will help you.
