Search you emails for a particular company or brand you know you get emails from. Then discuss the following questions in relation to those emails:

• How many emails have you received in the last week?
• How many have you actually opened?
• What subject lines got you to open the emails? What subject lines did you not feel the need to click on?
• Why do you continue to subscribe to the emails you get?
• What would get you to open the emails that you haven't opened?
