Section 1 Questions:

Do you agree with the Supreme Court's decisions that vertical restraints of trade as to the minimum and/or maximum price of goods can be legal, or should they be treated as horizontal restraints of trade and be deemed Per Se illegal? Since the Supreme Court's decisions are obviously the law can you come up with examples as to a vertical price-fix of the maximum AND minimum price of goods that arguably could pass the Rule of Reason text? Justify your answers and explain your examples using legal, economic, and ethical principles
