In order to complete Task 1.2, the scenario and information that occurred in the meeting from task 1.1 are expected to be used and reviewed. You and your teammates are required to have a follow-up meeting to document program accountabilities. This meeting is observed by trainers and assessors to complete Section 2: Role play1. You and your teammates are required to perform two analyses: (1) stakeholder analysis and (2) RACI Matrix for program accountabilities.

Stakeholder Analysis

You and your teammates are expected to discuss, confirm, identify, perform, and document the stakeholder analysis.

The analysis must contain the following information:

Program name

Program objectives

roles, including decision making roles within programs

Stakeholder names

Stakeholder roles (e.g., client, supplier, program sponsor, program manager)

Stakeholder influence

Stakeholder interests

Stakeholder expectations.

Note: MU

ST BE at least two program key stakeholders

RACI Matrix

You and your teammates are expected to perform the analysis of the RACI Matrix.

The analysis must contain the following information:

key stakeholders of the program team

Which tasks they are responsible for.

Which tasks they are accountable for.

Which tasks they are consulted on.

Which tasks they need to be informed of.

Lists the program tasks.

You and your teammates will be assessed on:

Practical knowledge of program objectives, stakeholder interests and expectations, and roles and responsibilities.

Practical skills are relevant to documenting agreed decisions and accountabilities to support program objectives.

Before starting this task, you and your teammates are required to review the Workplace Assessment Task 1.2 - Assessor's Checklist provided along with this workbook and review the Workplace Assessment Task 1.3 - Observation Form provided along with this workbook. This form lists all the practical skills you need to demonstrate while completing this task.

This form lists the criteria your submission must address to complete this task satisfactorily

Submission Guidelines:

You and your teammates are required to your own templates for documenting stakeholder interests, expectations, roles and responsibilities but the templates must be approved by trainers and assessors,

Or

You and your teammates may use the Stakeholder Analysis and RACI Matrix templates provided along with this workbook.

In the submitted documents, you and your teammates must:

use plain English and avoid overly technical terms in writing the project information

uses terminologies that are common and well-understood

avoids the use of verbose and convoluted language

present presented the information in the project information according to the template provided unless requested permission from assessors

After completing this task, submit the following to your assessor:

A copy of the Stakeholder Analysis you prepared.

A copy of the RACI Matrix you prepared.
